Cancellation Policy
Clients must reschedule their appointment 24 hours in advance to receive a new appointment date and time without paying a new deposit. Failure to do so will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. If you are 10 minutes late, a $25 fee will be added. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. You are considered late if you are not in the chair ready to start your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
